Welcome First Years

I hope you guys find time to visit our blog regularly.
Please Note that our all the activities this year will be dedicated to Dr. Rabindra Nath Tagore (Thakur).

So, I would like one of the first years to take up the job of collecting info about Thakurji, so as to bring an exhibit on him in orientation.

And, Welcome to St. Stephen's College.

any queries can be made at spicmacay.ssc@gmail.com

It will be great if some take up the job of working on our blog and website.

Get Free Get "Azad".

Say "So'ham, So'ham" whatever comes. Tell yourself this even in eating, walking, suffering. Tell the mind this incessantly—that what we see never existed, that there is only "I". Flash--the dream will break! Think day and night, this universe is zero, only God is. Have intense desire to get free.

Hello!

Dedicated to various hard and soft aspects of age-old Indian culture, we are a group of Stephanians, working to bring back the lost glory of India amongst the youth.

SPIC MACAY is a non-governmental non-profit organisation. It seeks to conserve the Cultural Heritage of India.

Our goal is to generate an awareness of the traditions which our civilization has fostered for centuries and millennia, in the time span between it's birth in the Bronze-age to the present time when a young Indian refuses to settle in a 'gurukul', when the to-be-custodians of classical music have turned
into punks, when the art forms representing softest of intangible works of humanity is fighting for patronage, and when the young just does not care about "Inner" domain of things!

It's an urge! It's the need! Come! Join the movement!

Let my country awake!

Where the mind is without fear
and the head is held high;
Where knowledge is free;
Where the world has not been
broken up into fragments
by narrow domestic walls; ...
Where the clear stream of reason
has not lost its way into the
dreary desert sand of dead habit; ...
Into that heaven of freedom,
my Father, let my country awake.
